With SilverScript, in addition to using CVS retail network pharmacies, you have the convenient option of using CVS Caremark Mail® Service Pharmacy1. This option allows you to have your prescription drugs shipped directly to your home. See the Documents tab above for the mail order service form or call 1‑877‑876‑7214 to have the form sent to you, TTY users should call 711.

1The typical number of days after the mail order pharmacy receives an order to receive your shipment is up to 10 days. Enrollees have the option to sign up for automated mail order delivery. If your mail order drugs do not arrive within the estimated time frames please contact us toll‑free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
